Refund & Return Policy
All returns for My Gut Health Matters are handled through Amare Global. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase.
AMARE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for a 90-day period (excluding shipping costs) on all Amare Global products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused portion in its original packaging (or even an empty container) within 90 days for a full refund, exchange, or replacement. The purchase price will be refunded, provided the product was purchased directly from MyGutHealthMatters.com or Amare Global.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return any product. Returns submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
RETURN PROCESS
- Obtain RMA Authorization: Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To start your return, complete the Request Return Form.
- Required Documents: Include a copy of the invoice with your returned items. The invoice should reference your order number, RMA, Amare Global Partner Number (#162681), and the reason for the return.
- Return Deadline: The return package must be received within 14 business days of the RMA issuance.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
Send your returns to the address provided by Amare Global Customer Support when you receive the RMA. Products should be shipped in their original packaging as delivered. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
THIRD-PARTY AND PERSONAL INVENTORY PURCHASES
Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from MyGutHealthMatters.com or Amare Global’s corporate websites. For products bought from third-party sites or a Brand Partner’s personal inventory, the respective seller is responsible for handling refunds and returns within 90 days of the sale.
RETURNING PRODUCT PACKS
Products purchased as part of a pack must be returned as a complete pack.
INVOICE REQUIREMENT
A copy of the original purchase receipt must be included with the returned items.
MEMBERSHIP FEE REFUNDS
Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except in certain jurisdictions where local laws may require it. Please refer to the Policy Manual for specific regional exceptions.
REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds are typically processed within 4-14 days of receiving the returned products.
PRODUCT CREDITS & AMARE CREDITS
Product Credits and Amare Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
